De Heus is a family business, founded in the Netherlands in 1911. Over the more than 100 years of its existence and especially over the last two decades, De Heus has expanded from a nationally oriented composite food manufacturer to a multinational quality oriented animal nutrition supplier.

Provided services
In 2020, De Heus contracted SOLVasto for the project of two solar photovoltaic plants for its facilities in Trofa and Cartaxo, Portugal. Each self-consumption unit (UPAC) has a power of 315 kWp.
